FRAPORT TN - NASHVILLE INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT (BNA)

RUBICON recently provided Construction Project Management services for the on-time delivery for the latest round of fifteen (15) food service and retail spaces on behalf of Fraport TN / Fraport USA at the Nashville International Airport (BNA). Spaces included TN Moonshine and on Concourse B, The Galleria, Kitty Hawk/VooDoo, The Titans Pressbox, and ACME Feed & Seed located in the T Concourse spaces, Slim n Husky, Hattie B's, and Smashville on Concourse C, and Donelson Emporium, TN Whiskey, and Sunglass Hut on Concourse D.

Working with three different General Contractors on a 105 day schedule for retail and 110 day schedule for food service, RUBICON managed the day to day coordination between Concessions General Contractors and sub-contractors and the airport's base building contractor for the Vision Phase 3 - Central Terminal Renovation and expansion to ensure a smooth and coordinated delivery of all the spaces in conjunction with the airport's planned grand opening of the new Marketplace area.

RUBICON coordinated identification and location of all utilities, adherence to airport construction standards, managed construction progression, and provided critical path analysis and progress reporting to Fraport on a bi-weekly basis. Additionally, RUBICON worked as a liaison between Owners and Tenant design teams, contractors, and Metro Codes to ensure timely review of proposed plans, permitting, inspections, and issuance of final Use and Occupancy certificates.
